About the Building

Jean Georges Miami Tropic Residences is a 49-story glass tower envisioned as a vertical tropical retreat at the crossroads of Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District. Architecture by Miami-based Arquitectonica introduces a sculptural silhouette with continuous terraces and expansive glazing, framing cinematic views over Biscayne Bay, downtown, and the surrounding arts districts. Inside, Yabu Pushelberg’s interiors are grounded in warm natural stone, layered textures, and lush greenery, with landscape architecture by CLAD extending that language from the porte-cochère through elevated gardens and courtyards.

The building comprises 329 residences with private and semi-private elevator vestibules, 10- to 11-foot ceiling heights, and floor-to-ceiling windows that draw the sky directly into the living space. Generous balconies with glass railings create a continuous indoor–outdoor experience, while select corner residences enjoy immersive 180-degree vistas. Residence kitchens are inspired and vetted by two Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges, featuring Gaggenau appliance packages, deep functional islands, and two distinct finish schemes—Dawn and Dusk—that balance bright coastal tones with richer, moodier palettes.

Primary suites continue the sense of calm with thoughtfully organized closets and spa-like baths, where vertical tilework, substantial soaking tubs, and refined Gessi fixtures sit under soft, hotel-caliber lighting. Throughout the tower, materials and plantings shift subtly from earthier tones at the entry and lower amenity levels to lighter, canopy-inspired hues on the pool and rooftop decks, reinforcing the project’s “from earth to sky” design narrative.
